Requirements for Confirmation Families
|Confirmation Dress Code||Confirmation Banner Guidelines|
Confirmation is a very important milestone in your growth as a young Catholic. As such, what you wear can and will express to the community how you value this Sacrament. Because this Mass is a Solemn Mass, we ask that you dress appropriately. We ask that you be dressed better than your Sunday Best. To aid you in your search for what you should wear, we have linked a Dress Code guideline sheet. Simply click on the words above and you will open up a document that walks you through the in's and out's of what we expect you would wear. Remember, if in doubt, don't wear it.
Confirmation is about declaring your personal faith in Jesus Christ. What more perfect opportunity then to receive your first Eucharist at the same time. You and Jesus will come face to face. You will have the opportunity to express this personal faith by creating a banner that reflects your faith and the themes of Confirmation and First Communion. You will then present your banner at our Confirmation and First Communion practice; this years date is May 28, at 7:00PM. At Confirmation - May 29, 7:00PM - your banner will be hung over the pew where you and your family will be seated. Click the above link for the Banner Guidelines.
